Dorico Book underway

For the last couple of months I have been working with Dorico 3 – and I’m liking what I’ve found.  It seems that Dorico has really hit its stride with the new version, and as it now includes tablature and guitar fingering notation, I’m much more likely to use it in my everyday work (I teach guitar as well as music technology).

As a part of this, I am preparing a ‘Getting Started with Dorico 3’ book which is intended to take a novice user through the most important parts of the program and get them up and running making scores and parts in Dorico.

Obviously this is a significant endeavour (as any book creation is), so it will still be a while until it’s available for sale, but I am hoping to have the first draft completed before Christmas, with a sale price of £9.95.
